Here is a tutorial on using ActionScript 3 to dynamically produce sound. There is a sample program that accompanies it that will be uploaded later. It may take a bit to get the bugs out so don?t worry if the link doesn?t work yet. Also you can download the .fla to this program in this tutorial.
