Blocky Slidey

Collect the key, and move the blocks home. To move a block, simply click the edge of the direction you wish to move. Gems awarded for finishing within a certain amount of moves.

You must land on the key to collect it, and blocks are considered to be home when they are on the corresponding gem tile.
