W to jump, A to go left and D to go right, or, Up arrow to jump, left arrow to go left and right arrow to go right.

To interact with objects you can use either the down button or enter.

To aim use the mouse and use the Left Mouse Button to shoot.

To manipulate time you can either use the mouse wheel or the Q and E buttons.
