This means you uncrated the hat from crate 4, it is worth $27.01, and you spent $2.49 to obtain it.

If there is there is a (+ N/A) in game, or W: N/A, this means that the simulator was unable to download the pricelist. Backpack.tf may be down, or you may have tried to load the pricelist within 5 minutes ago (they block that).

Crate ? randomly uncrates any released crate.

Setting unusual rate to 100% is the new equivalent of the removed crate U ? no music, no delay in uncrating.
