Tune Rider

Click to place planning tracks, clicking on the same square multiple times to change the type of track laid. Click and drag in order to plan long lines of track, and press shift to delete your plans. Press space to commit your plans and lay track. Shift click to delete a square of track, and click on a square to change its orientation.
