Map, cities and silos created with procedures, no images used.
-Missiles now explode upon reaching their target location.
-Missiles fire with 100% accuracy now (yay math)
-Added cursor because useful?
-Silos now have a ?reload? time. If a silo is currently reloading and you attempt to fire a missile near it, the next closest silo will fire to that location.
Goals for tonight?s development
-Add a ?missile limit? per silo.
-Visual indicators! Indicate if the silo is reloading, how many missiles it has left, etc.
