The Game Card Game

There are 4 piles. Two piles count up from 1 and 2 piles count down from 100. The goal of the game is to use up all the cards in the deck. On your turn you must play at least 2 cards counting up or down on the piles, you can play more if you want to. After your turn you will pick up your cards from the deck to have 7 cards in your hand again and then the CPU goes. You may also play a card on the counting down pile if it is 10 above the card on top of the pile and vise versa with the counting up pile. Once the deck is at 0 cards you only need to play a minimum of 1 card. The game is over when you or the CPU cannot play any more cards.
